Antonello Lupo
He represents clients before the Italian Supreme Court and is a partner of Ughi and Nunziante Studio Legale since 2014. He assists multinational companies, banks and financial institutions on tax planning, corporate finance and reorganization. He assists private clients on trusts, estate planning and generational handover. He sits on the boards of directors and advisory boards of companies operating in the venture capital, transport, new technologies, innovation and new media sectors. He was a researcher at the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation in Amsterdam and a secondary officer at the Legislation Office of the General Command of the Financial Police in Rome. He is a member of the following associations: International Fiscal Association (Executive Committee and National Treasurer from 2002 to 2006), International Bar Association, Society of Trust and Estate Practicioners (former president of the Italian Committee, member and treasurer of the Executive Committee of STEP Europe) , Italy - UAE Business Council (vice-president), Teseo Forum (president), Canova Club. He graduated with honors at La Sapienza University of Rome, School of Law.
