Ludovica Chiussi Curzi


Ludovica Chiussi Curzi is Adjunct Professor and Research Fellow in Public International Law at the University of Bologna, and Fellow at the Columbia Center for Sustainable Investment, New York. After graduating in Law with 110/110 cum laude from the University of Bologna, Ludovica obtained a PhD in International Law from the Universities of Oslo and Bologna, and a Masters in International Relations and Human Rights from the Italian Society for International Organization (SIOI). Ludovica is currently an expert in support of the Government Agent in cases against Italy at the European Court of Human Rights. You have worked and still work as a lawyer and legal assistant in cases before the International Court of Justice, the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea and International Courts for the Protection of Foreign Investments. You have also collaborated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and with the United Nations Legal Office in New York.
